My name is Big Daddy and I have been in radio for roughly 50 years with my first job at BBC
Radio Nottingham in 1973 when I was 13 years old!
From there I caught the “radio” bug and it has carried through a wonderful career in
broadcasting working at CFGM CKO Newsradio; FM108; CKMW and many radio stations
across the world including ZDK in Antigua!
Today Russ Horton still airs his worldwide show the Top 40 Timeline on countless radio
stations around the world and stays active as a journalist and programmer! In 2007 Big Daddy turned his attention to on line radio and was one of the pioneers in the new
medium owning Georgetown Community Radio and D-Moos.com.
Today he is one of the owners of the remarkable radio station HHOL (Community Radio) for Halton Hills Canada
